This will make good reading/educational material. I'm going to print it. This way I can then share it with people the next time I confront this "pus" notion.
PS: I did not mention what Irv told me. The pastuerization process (heat), at least back then, was applied first, then the pounding/pulverizing/filtering "homogenization process" was done. This at least suggests to me that whatever the collective gunk/pus/residue is that dairy people claim is left behind in the tank, is in part residue of natural organisms - both friend & foe alike, that were either killed or disabled before the pounding process commenced and then finished them off.
