Tell you what Hopinso....Since you were the first to ask I will explain the formula
and then the forum Gods can decide how valid this thread was.

The answer is that kidney stones are not caused by the aggregation of too many minerals. Someone did point out that large quantities of inorganic minerals are
potentially the cause of kidney stones. IMHO the jury is still out on that topic but
I personally would never take Calcium as a stand alone supplement especially in between meals.
Stones in the kidney are a product of poor digestion in part and the inability of the kidney to cleave oxalates from calcium. I decided that since I was in extreme pain I could not devote my time to just one theory so I took a multi disciplinary approach, all of it aimed at breaking the stones by a combination of chelation, hydrogen cleaving, and calcium antagonism.

So...here is the formula...

IP6 (a Vulcan friend of mine originally spiked my gruel with it so I researched its abilities when I returned to Earth.).........2000mgs per day x3days.

Potassium Citrate 200mgs per day X3 days Google it plus Kidneys on Pubmed...

Magnesium Glycinate 200mgs, Magnesium Citrate300mgs.
Add Magnesium Oxide to bowel tolerance...I got to 1000mgs.

B6 200mgs a day.

I gallon of lemonade per day...made (sorry T) with the most mineralized
water you can find...(Evian or San Benedetto test out OK)
