Brown Seaweed (kombu, Fucoidan, etc.) in Canada??

Anyone know where to get a good Brown seaweed product like Modiflan in Canada? I would buy Modiflan from a US website, but would rather buy in Canada. Doesn't have to be that brand, but something that's good.

It's a bit confusing as it could go by names such as:
Fucoidan, brown seaweed, Kombu

I asked at my health food store, which is fairly large, and they were clueless. They do sell dried Kombu but suggested I would need to eat a lot of this to gain any value. ...but then again she thought the idea of seaweed being brown was suspicious so...
