I lost about 10 lbs on a 10 day cleanse. I didn't gain any of it back and a month and a hlaf has passed. I eat very reasonably with some weekend splurges, but nothing on a daily basis that is a no-no. Splurge being rice noodles with chicken and shrimp or garlic nann bread (Indian). One cheesburger has slipped in :) I ate some carrot cake. I have tried to be pretty organic. Not a lot of red meat. Once a month is my plan. I have been eating raw organic nuts, apple salads with cinamon, raisons. A lot of spinach in those spinach panckaes you can buy. Not any meat during the week, but on weekend I have. The point I am trying to make is that I am not on a fried foods... french fry, burger, pizza train. I have been reasonable and maintained.
I just did the clease again after a month and 2 weeks. I have a gland (breast) that hurt during and after the 1st cIease that I want to clear. Got worse again this time, but seems better now. I also "had" about 10 lbs left to get rid of. I have started to come off at 8 days... because I am going camping in a few days. I lost about 5 more lbs. Still have 5 more to loose... but looks like I'll have to do that with excercise.
Total weight w/ the 2 cleanses.. 15lbs.
You can keep it off if you don't eat nasty food all the time. Majority of it needs to be really good for you. Look up non-alkaline and alkaline foods. Good way to eat. Links...
