cancer of bladder that spread..

Dear Dr.Sutter,
my husband has bladder cancer that spread to the lymp nodes on the left of bladder and then to left pelvic bone and last Aug 2006 was given 2 years to live.We are in ireland...he has had all the radium he can be given and 2 rounds of chemo...cysplatin and gymcatabine the first time and Taxol un to 4 weeks ago...we have been to Dr.Contrerras chinic/hospital in Tiquana in Mexico...He is 52 yrs and we have 7 kids...our baby is only nearly 4...we have 3 adopted kids and 4 naturally...
Any advice ? I got your name from Pizchuttle...We are Christians butcan get scared too...
