Many thanks for your helpful and in-depth reply, extremely interesting.

As I mentioned I did try flaxseed for a period of, I think it was 6-8 months, definitely no longer. I tried a brand called Omega Nutrition, their flaxseed oil has a high lignan content. The Acne flare-up was gradual, culminating in quite severe rosacea symtoms, especially across nose area. Admittedly at the time I was not supplementing with progesterone cream.

I will look at the fibroid forum.

Any other thoughts, or brands of flaxseed to try, then please post.

Juts to mention since ceasing flaxseed my hair has gone to pot, not to mention stomach problems!
