You have to make sure you are getting the proper nutrition that your body needs. For me, it has been a trial and error process to figure out what my body needs. I like to get as much as I can from diet, but I need lots more iodine, some extra selenium (250-500 mcgs/day), potassium, magnesium and salt. Make sure you are getting plenty of B vitamins and Anti-oxidents. I take these as needed, when I am traveling, holidays, etc, when I am "unable" to eat "right"...
