Let me do a little research and I will email you some info.

I have been to Florida and would liken the climate to coastal southern Queensland or northern NSW. There are some awesome places in northern NSW that would suit your purposes. Actually I think there are several places that will meet your needs including where I intended to move to 5 years from now. We are solar in our current place. There is just so darn much sun here it's crazy not to be. It's a little too hot in summer where we are now, somewhere a little further south would suit.
