Thanks for the reply. We are looking for land to bulid on some what close to a (nice)city. Just like your land it has to be fertile because I will farm fruits and nuts, probably some kind ofbean or seed too. I want to press my own oils for bio-diesel.
I was born in S. Fla so I was wanting something not so hot or humid with cooler winters. How is the ground water? We will surley be going solar with some wind power also. Alot of people doing that there? You can e-mail me if you like, I think there is a link here somewhere.
