And Julieuma, there is no way that I would go back to my GP if I had a choice. The only reason I went there was because the hospital refused to draw blood for me T3 & T4 tests. They said I had to go the doctor to have it done. I live VERY remotely, in the Aussie outback. There are only 2 doctors in town and the one that I don't go to is even worse than the one that I do. He wants to send me for a colonoscopy to try and find the source of my VERY low iron levels (thinks it might be colitis, which I have had before), and the nearest gastroenterologist is over 3 hours away.

As for trying everything under the sun (including the sun), I can sure relate to that. I don't even want to think about how much money I have spent over the 30 years of trying to get well. And like you, I think that the actual sun has done me more good over the years than possibly anything else I have ever tried. My energy is so bad that I don't work outside the home at all. Hey, I barely work inside the home ;)

I have thought about printing out a bunch of literature and giving it to my GP, but I think you are right. What's the point! He either wont read it, or won't care. He is governed my rules that he didn't make. It's the system that is the problem.

I know that I am FINALLY on the right track. I have faith that I will get better. Thanks to CZ I now have more information and tools than I have ever had before in order to heal. I still have a really long way to go, but making progress each and every day. Tweet
