I would like to add to the feedback you have recieved....just my personal opinion, nothing more.

(1) Severe Dehydration - your episode was caused by your diet, low fluids, and low electrolytes. This can happen to anyone who has been sick, diarrhea (flushing in your case) can deplete the fluid levels and electrolytes. You can remedy this by drinking gatorade which will make you feel better fairly quickly.

(2) Minor Seizure - your description of events sounds like you had a seizure. In this case your body was overwhelmed by all the stuff you were doing and basically did what a computer would do....crashed and then tried to reboot. Sounds like you may have gotten a little carried away and tried to do everything at once. Quick fix is a nice concept, but rarely practical.
