I've been fasting, sorta, for the past week. Fri/Sat/Sun I was drinking ALOT of diet soda, but no food. Mon was only water. Tues oly water, but then i ate a bunch of fruit salad at night. Yesterday and today was mostly water with a bit of diet soda, BUT I HAVEN'T BEEN LOSING WEIGHT! Whats wrong? Should I stick to strictly water?? I need to lose weight fast!!
