When I first started searching for answers to my candida problem I tried everything that was available in the health food stores. I was given colonix by drnatura from a friend of mine a few years ago and have never looked back.
This is a gentle cleanse and is easy to incorporate into everyday life. I initially did the cleanse for 3 months and didn't really see any major effects until the 4-5 week into the program.
I also changed my diet mid way through the cleanse with the guidance of a great naturopath. All this has helped me eliminate my candida and I have never experienced a flare up since.
