I get that, and I have been told it may be from parasites (interaction with the liver & digestive tract, etc.) relating to allergic reactions and causing the red rash. I have other signs that I may have parasites. It might be something worth investigating. There's a word for those tiny red bumps, but I've forgotten what. Something along the lines of papillae. Tweet
