New report in from my sister - edit-

I just got off the phone with her, another marathon chat, as usual. What was NOT usual was her brining up the subject of benefits from her daily intake of 2 drops of iodine. She began the week after I did, so about 9 weeks or so.
Within a short time she noticed she was no longer cold on the air conditioned buses and that a light sweater over a blouse (rather than a shirt, vest and wool jacket)keeps her comfortable in her normally freezing air conditioned office. And that was all she could acknowledge. I noticed she was perky as all get out, unable to kvetch with any vigor after only a week or so. She calmed down, lived a bit.
And today was able to report that she is really feeling the energy now. She sleeps deeper, a bit less, has energy to do Yoga again, loves and looks forward to walking again, is focused and clearer headed than she has been in ages... like since her grad school days, at least 30 years ago. Her language lessons are big fun for her and she is the best in the class. She is suddenly very interested in men - we talked hunks for awhile... is married and very much appreciating her husband. She mentioned she is very juicy again and loving that part a lot. She is happy.
She also is feeling that most elusive emotion of hope, hope for more fun, more adventures rather than just getting ill and dying.
She attributes it all to iodine. (Can you hear my smile muscles almost bursting??)
She is 56, 5'6" tall and a size 14, pear shaped and small breasted.

-edit- She had a goiter surgically removed from her thyroid in her twenties. It grew back slowly but much smaller.


I have loved every little benefit that I have gained. Nothing compares to having a someone you love feel better, laugh, joke, play and have lot of energy to share some of her her time with you and still go live her life well. Nothing.


I did a couple little chores and found my self humming a tune... I will add another post to link the video - Fred does it great service!!
