I've noticed some good improvements over the last few days - less bloating, gas, and fewer BMs. Also I've had more energy and less lethargy. I stopped Phase 2 and entered phase 3 but I've cut out sugars, grains and non-fermented dairy, and I have just 1-2 servings of fruit a day (berries). The newly added supplements and regimens that have helped me a lot are:
-Perfect Food (1/2 scoop morning and night)
-Colostrum by Symbiotics (3000mg/day)
-raw eggs/Synergy smoothies
I have 2 smoothies a day, each with 2 raw eggs (I carefully clean the shell and only buy omega3 organic eggs). They're packed with good protein and I think all of it is effective in healing my gut.
Smoothies have:
8-12oz of kefir
2 raw eggs
1 Tsp coconut oil
1 Tsp flax seed oil
1/2-1 cup of blueberries
1-2 scoops of Omega Zyme powder (digestive enzymes)
1/2 scoop of Goatein protein powder
little stevia
