I went off of Iodine for 16 days (July) while I had company that was driving me nuts and started taking the Iodine immediately after she left. I had a Holocaust type dream where I was trying to save elderly people that society had forgotten about and no longer had the funds to pay for NursingHome Care. My heart was breaking as I tried to save them and no one would help.

While I was off the Iodine I had an attack of diverticulitis during the night (never experienced before) and was cramping horribly with rectal bleeding. I woke up once dreaming that I was hunting for tickets I could cash in to allow me to pass gas. I had actually remembered to take iodine 3 days earlier so feel that it was a healing crisis.
