Please define "dark dreams/dark thoughts" ...

I've seen it mentioned several times about high levels of Iodine (what do you consider "high levels"?) causing vivid, dark dreams ... are they like serial killer type dreams where the one dreaming is thinking of doing something evil or malicious? I don't understand what you guys are saying.

At 7 drops a day, I've been having really vivid dreams, but most of those are about dying and aren't really what I would consider "dark." Kind of a larky skip into heaven on a little cloud or a magic carpet ride into the white light. Not an ominous grim reaper coming to take me with a black hooded robe and sickle (sp?).

And I hope my dreams are strictly symbolic. I'm working too hard to get well to think about checking out now. Tweet
