This is amazing, truly inspiring! Your friend is to be commended for
not giving in to the docs. Another herb which really helps the heart
is hawthorne. Ziquin Educational Group sells a mineral product called
Fusion Formula which has hawthorne in it. The minerals are from a deep
sea source off the Great Barrier Reef, Australia. They collect the
minerals and put the liquid in a pond for a couple of years and the
liquid evaporates, leaving the mineral precipitate. It is a liquid
formula, very concentrated, you only need 1.5 tsp per day. I mix it
in ice tea as it is very...well...mineral-tasting (not pleasant).
But the tea covers up the taste just fine. There are several sources
which sell the minerals now, but as far as I know, only Ziquin has
the hawthorne and other herbs added to it (such as nettles). Tweet
