food,diet, i can guarantee two items that will lower your bp, cucumber and celery, put them in a salad, not only will they lower your bp they'll lower your weight.
keep to veges (green) and fruit(no grapefruit), some protein, white meat like chicken grilled for eg.,some potato etc. no refined flour products, they put weight on and can give you high blood sugar. i had an heart attack over three years ago and what i've written worked for me. as for exercise just go and have a pleasant walk, there's no need to flog yourself to death believe me, tomi.
