it might be a bit of both my friend, dr. and diet.
i purchased an arm bp.monitor to check what foods etc. raised my bp.
my greatest saviour was the Water Cure which i found on curezone.
i sip water(between 3 to 4 pints)throughout the day. i try to maintain a pale lemon colour in my urine which really is a good guide for me.i ease off in the late afternoon so that my sleep is not disturbed during the night, urinating.
i hope my predecessor doesn't mind me saying but i'd hang fire on unrefined salt until you find out the cause of your high readings. we all need salt as you are aware of, i personally use a reduced sodium alternative as medical evidence suggests that execessive sodium salt in the diet may aggrevate a high blood pressure (hypertension)problem,but that's entirely up to you my friend. tomi.
