Can I do oil pulling after I sip some juice?

Hi,

I drink a lot of sweet fruit juices throughout the day, which I believe is bad for my teeth. I have read that you should only do oil pulling on an empty stomach, that you should wait a while after you eat before you do it. Does this apply to drinking juice, or could I start the oil pulling right away when I have had my juice?

I guess what I want to do here is to eliminate the harm done by the sugars and acids, and I can not see how that could happen if I have to wait before rinsing my mouth with oil.

Any help would be much appreciated
Andy.
