Re: back to back pulls
Sometimes I switch throughout a day's pulls, but sometimes I just switch by the day (maybe a few days on one particular oil). I haven't established a routine on it yet; it's been random, more just what I feel in the mood for. It's been a couple weeks since I did the olive oil, but I do recall thinking pulls with the coconut oil and safflower worked better for me after doing the olive (olive gets thick for me more quickly than the other oils right now). This past week, I had more been focusing on the walnut oil, but I miss the coconut oil and am going back to it as my main oil.
Next time, I'll try to make note of the order of the oils, and whether things were more effective one way over another. I no longer have the hemp, so I'll do a rotation of coconut, safflower, olive and walnut. This will be a fun experiment! Thanks for the idea.
Re: Walnut oil
I did do 5-6 back-to-back walnut oil pulls when I had a long car trip the other week (I only had to stop because the cup I was spitting into was getting too full). I noticed for me pulls 1–3 took 10 minutes to start getting thick, good and thick at 15 minutes, and didn't thin out until 25–45 minutes. Then pulls 4 and up began getting thick immediately (even thicker with subsequent pulls) on putting the oil in my mouth, and was really thick by 5 minutes, then it got thin at 15-20 minutes. (It's been taking me much longer to get thick in general anymore.) At that time, I resolved to see how long other oils took me, but because of the cold I have this week, I haven't really been able to do multiple daily pulls. I didn't want to overstress my system by releasing more toxins from the tissues until I got rid of the cold virus. I think I'll be able to go back to my routine in another day or two, and will test out the other oils then.
