I copy what Mom2Many said, if you've never fasted before, your first experience could be rough. However, it doesn't last forever, and just rest and use the salt water flushes (2 tsp coarse celtic salt in 32 oz water) or Smooth Move tea to move the toxins along. Then you'll start feeling better. Also, get a body scrub (you can do it yourself), get a deep tissue massage, take a hot steamy shower or go to a sauna, and drink LOTS of water (1/2 your body weight or more). These methods are a good start to quicken the feel better stage.
