So, I, along with another poster Seekingslenderself, are starting a new workout thread. This thread is for those with enough energy to workout for increased detox and weight loss results. The rules are simple and the rewards are many :) Anyone is welcome to join, male/female, young/old, for health or weight loss or for both. The objective here is to offer a supportive environment for those working out to reach their maximum fasting goals. So here goes,
1) Choose a workout program, doesn't matter which. This is all individual
2) Take your body measurements, weight, and/or clothing size and body fat if possible
3) Exercisers are required to post at least weekly, about # of workout days completed and updated stats
4) End of week winners, with the most points, will get to pamper themselves in a non food way
5) There is no time limit on the exercise, but 20 min. or more is recommended
6) New challenge and new winners for the next week!
IMPORTANT: Minimum points to earn each week are 3 and 7 maximum (1 pt. each day). If anyone goes through a tough detox day, .5pt is awarded.
