I would in your case put the fasting aside for now. It will not reduce weight. I've done a 52 day juice fast lost 25 lbs to be 122 lbs @5'8" and I am back in the 140lbs range. I tried to do 2 more fasts over the 1/2 year that I gained it back but the 10 lbs or so that I lost came back within a month. And now I know that it's a loosing game for weight loss. But you know what, have you seen Angelina Jolie. She looked a lot better @ 135lbs also 5'8' than know at close to 115 or so.
I eat the healthiest diet in the world. Mostly raw with some raw kefir and eggs and sauerkraut. So I didn't gain it back from junk. But my skin is nice although I am not model thin and my mood is good!! Plus I might make it to sculp my body more with some pilates and eating 3 meals no snacks.
Long story short. Life can be super hard at times. You don't want to go through such times with your brain chemistry all f..cked up! So start eating well three times a day. Like hearty breakfast, good lunch and small dinner. I would have sth. like raw soaked grains with raw kefir and fruit for breakfast. salad with avocado or kefir with tons of good essential fatty acids and fruit or cucumber for lunch and a small salad with a slice of bread for dinner. You need to have regular elimination to feel good and eat good probiotics like kefir and homemade sauerkraut or rejuvenative foods brand. Start with a foundation so you are sane and balanced. Then you can think and plan what you want in life. Not if you are listless, depressed and eating disordered. That's mental suicide.
Do what I told you for a month and you'll see a different world through the same eyes. YOu can make it. What things do you enjoy now. Like reading, going to the gym or a hot bath. Just do those to pamper your senses and make your efforts worth while. That way you'll get through it.
