I would suggest taking good vitamins and actually eating the cococnut oil instead of just putting it on your hair. Fish oil is great as well as oil pulling. There is a forum for oil pulling here at curezone. My hair used to be very thick and full of body and went limp, boring and flat when I was about 22 or 23. After detoxing, colon cleansing, liver flushing, healthy diet, oil pulling, taking bee pollen and coconut oil and daily vitamins my hair is back to its crazy self again. I also switched to burt's bee's shampoo and conditioner.

under their salad dressing recipes. It's called the new you salad dressing and it's fantastic, especially if you like vinegar and oil. It definitely gives you a good dose of healthy oil. I use sesame oil to make it instead of the one listed in the recipe...love it.
