Hello. I am still going strong. I have learned through fasting, you have to keep your spirits high along with a postive attitude. I can do this. I know I can do this.
Last night, I had to prepare dinner for my family as usual. I don't want to get into graphic details of the lush dinner, but it looked good... I prepared the meal. I served my family. I cleaned the kitchen. While drinking a nice glass of warm water with a straw.
I am truly amaze what my body can endure. Granted I did have a bit of a weak spell and dizziness while preparing for the fast- and that is inclulding eating. But now that I am only drinking water 100% of my fast- I feel incredible.

I do not know what to expect with weight loss during fasting. I encourage weight loss. But I have made mini goals in obtaining my goal weight of 135lbs by New Year's.
Projected Weight Loss Goals
If I can lose an average of 2lbs per week/ 10 lbs per month. I can obtain my goal in the month of January. I won't exactly be my goal weight but I won't be over 200lbs either. It's a win-win situation!
