Re: Plz. help, advice needed

the original text of my posting is the letter to ontario human rights commision which is responsible for human rights violation in any provincial organization. i have already mentioned their responce in one of my reply here. can add small detailes. i spent friday trying to speak with someone of them. the first lady told me that what i wrote in the letter is not human rights at all. i told her that guarantee againist "unusually cruel treatment" is the part of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. her answer was -it does not matter- plz take a lawyer and go to court to defend yourself, we do not care about the Charter... well ofcourse i have no proof of this dialog.. but..

I would be interested to know what the human rights commission would say in a matter like this. Tweet
