Yes, we all have been there. The only support you can find is here on the forum. Even your own family might not agree.

If you don't want to have surgery, you can start of with a livercleanse. There are different ones, but most people start with The Clark Flush .
When you get more knowledge you might want to try other kinds.

Cut out the fat in your diet and don't eat prepared foods.
Take in healthy oil, olive oil, flaxseed, sesame etc. You need that for digestion. Drink half your body weight in ounces every day.
