i would not use alcohol in that spot. especially if it is not ethanol but wood alcohol, which is what makes the Iodine from the supermarket poison to begin with.

if you are not doing lugols, please here me when i say i have a new GI tract! you can then make your own ointment as well.

MH has the best info ont he cool sitz bath. you might have to use a hose outside since it is summer and if you have a place to do it. be sure to use an RV or potable water hose because the warnings came out the other day of lead leaching from cheap garden hoses. you can even set a chair in your shower and do it. be sure to have you r temp up and heart pounding before applying the cool water to your underparts.

i get splashed, too. but not as often as i thought i would. someday i will have a platform. if you used this alone, it would take some time to heal. you might consider cayenne supplements as well. they help the blood equalize in the body. Tweet
