Enemas etc

Yeah it was a wild trip,
and my new motto is 'cleanliness is next to Godliness' (and I'm not even slightly religious). If you consider that the Tapeworm (living within and perverting/sapping energies) is analogous to the Devil (yes I'm being weird here but I've heard this theory elsewhere), then my new motto is very appropriate..
I want to get a T-shirt designed with that motto on the front and a picture of a massive tapeworm on the back. What do you think?
Regarding enemas and my use of them during Humaworming, I never found the herbs to be constipating. In fact, the opposite is true, but to lessen the 'die-off' misery (and it is different for everyone in type and degree) I chose to familiarize myself with enemas. It just made sense. The enemas never led to constipation and actually caused more bm's. This surprised me.
I don't imagine you will need additional fiber when you start your cleanse.
I was thinking this morning about my history around animals: horses, cows, dogs, cats, chickens, goats (I used to milk them when I was a teenager) etc... and I simply can't recall my parents ever deworming me! Tweet
