Hey. I am a complete newbie to this. I definitely need someone to share this journey with. I am on day 2 sa well. Well sort of...I have been drinking lots and lots of water. But since I have kiddos, I have to have some aid with my energy so I consumed a slim fast on both days in the morning, 1/2 avacado for lunch, and the other half for dinner. And that is all. Other than that, I have been a good girl. I am soo committed.
