hey all, was wondering if anyone could clear something up for me re: the Paleo Diet list of allowed foods...
3x a day i mix some high-end greens powder w/ water and drink it. however, these blends are usually from kamut wheatgrass, barley grass juice, etc, in addition to chlorella, spirulina, cruciferous veggies, etc (if you are interested in checking them out, go to http://www.phporder.com/chadcollins,
they are really amazing products!!!). since these greens are from cereal grains, are they big no-no's??? and what about sprouts, like alfalfa, clover, broccoli, etc? can we consume them, but forgo buckwheat sprouts and the like?
can anyone provide any insight to this issue? i'm reading the book, but it makes no mention of it. i'd hate to have to give these up, but if they are interfering w/ this diet plan (and also contributing to my acne-prone skin), then i will drop these ASAP!
