I don't know where these rumors come from.

Keep in mind that nobody takes Lugol's. All Lugol solution-based cases of Iodine supplementation I'm aware of use DILUTED Lugol's solution, typically , typically eight drops Lugols into 12 ounces water, which is approximately a 1 to 1000 dilution. You probably meant this, but I thought I'd clarify for any new viewers.

I've taken Iodine with vitamin C both in tablet and natural form, in large quantity, from day 1.

I cannot recommend anything to anyone, but rather share my own experience.
