=D and Im on my period and actually lost weight when Im usually bloated 5 pounds ..yay. Hope this means I'll whoosh off 5 pounds in the next coming days!
Inches are flying off. Hub rubbed my tummy today and said "youre shrinking" hehe.
Yesterday I consumed 400 calories, had 110 oz of water. Exercised 400 off via treadmaster and eliptical..I flew on that eliptical last time I was struggling at 34 rpms ..I was doing 60 easy, my legs are stronger and Im 11 pounds lighter since the July 1. =)
One coffee so far today plan on one protein shake or two small ones and heaps of water and some vitamin water..its my one day off per week for exercise. Ive gone to the gym 6 days per week for an hour or more each time ..big change from previous couch potatoe.
