wow . . . what a difference

I just finished my Liver Flush number 19. This time a did it differently. I stayed away from any meat products for the last six days, and drank one liter of apple juice daily. I tryed not to eat too much during flush day (yesterday). Today around 6:30 a.m. I went to the toilet for the second time and I found that I passed a 1-1/8" long and 5/8 " wide green stone, other sizes were 3/4", 1/2", and probably other 6 about 3/8". the rest were small ones. I did not pass a large quantity, I would say about 40 stones total.
I considered this flush very succesful because of the size of stones I passed. I feel a little tired, and still do not know what benefits this will bring to my health. I am very happy with results.
