Thanks, it looks like I'm already on the right track for now. I knew about the IP6 and iron, but somehow missed the part about calcium.
It is sad that there are so many people filling themselves with supplements that are not bio-available on a cellular level and they wind up ruining their health with the build up of rocks and metals that wind up in joints, blood vessels and even their brains where they do more harm than good. As a teenager I was chronically anemic and filled up on iron supplements. They never seemed to resolve the problem. It has taken me over 25 years to finally understand why that was.
