I have also read that both garlic and onions were bad for dogs. About a month ago someone tossed some poison in the yard and I lost seven dogs within a few hours. One of the dogs, the mama of the puppies also disappeared and I feared I would never see her again. However, a week and a day after Molly went off to die, she came home, a skeletal little thing covered with fleas and ticks. I bought her some doggie vitamins that were mostly brewers yeast. This really helped her regain her strength. Molly also got hold of my can of brewers yeast and had a treat. (I now consider that her can, I need to order another for myself when payday comes around :) Tweet
