Yeah, repeating the info from the book does help, its good reinforcement. Phase 1 is tough. My family has been really supportive, it would seem nearly impossible to do without help from others. And thank you for that very generous offer, but I'll be fine obtaining organic stuff and such. In a way, eating healthy isn't that much more expensive than the food the average shopper buys. But it takes a lot more time to find items that are cheaper in volume and to cook more meals. Simply not going out as much or having all those common snack foods (crackers, chips, sodas...) saves a lot too.

You know, I was thinking of making some kefir from goats milk. I hear the Kefirlady.com is a good source for the grains and I think its Meyenberg that makes pasteurized whole goats milk. Is that how you would make it?

Today was better than yesterday (better bowels and more energy) and I'll keep posting with my progress.
