In some cases it makes sense. If my understanding is correct, the chemicals in anti-psychotic drugs will disable the parasites ability to move around in your body and communicate. If you can find a doctor to prescribe some kind of anti-psychotic, it would probably help you a lot. Shroom might be able to give you some advice on this. He's been through it.
