I have never really allowed my children to drink soda...they like the taste but feel sick to their tummies after they drink it (at birthdays and such normally). They tend to eat well just picky with veggies and such...raw fruit juices are a good idea. So far kids have had no cavities at their checkups...I recently had all of my amalgom(spelling?) fillings removed...it did wonders for my mouth, breath and I really feel better, less headaches and such...I only had them removed because they were rather ugly but I really have noticed a change in day to day life.
