Fenugreek seems to cause me diarrhea and I've read that Aloe causes it too. I got diarrhea from Oil Pulling and had to back off of OP because of it, because I got deficient in minerals and I still am. I'm interested in glyconutients a lot but I don't want to get back into something that's going to speed up my bowels again and make me pass the minerals I need to absorb.
Do you think a ready made formula might be better for me? I'm not sure if I should buy aloe vera powder and proceed to make my own glycos or what.
Fenugreek is high in mannose, so can I sub fenugreek for something else that will not loosen my bowels? I can take some kelp but not a lot, as anything over 150 Mcg or so daily used to give me insomnia.
I'm interested in the Arabinogalactin, Aloe, Ghatti, and Tragacanth recipe but I need to know about the diarrhea it may cause.
