I agree with you Dolls. Once we cleaned put out bodies and cut back on Iodine to maintain I dont think we have to worry about being bromide deficient as long as we eat natural foods which contain them as part of the whole spectrum of trace minerals and halogens, such as Himalayan salt or a good Sea Salt ,fresh produce etc.
The body can EXCRETE excess Iodine but STORES bromide and fluoride if there is too much of those and too little iodine!!!
I think this is the key - the body can balance healthy Iodine levels by simply eliminating it.
So a little more iodine than we think we must have would be a good insurance and cant hurt to prevent the bad halogens from damaging our bodies.
