Re: The Ides of Halos - OrthoHalosupplemenation

I dunno, Monica, this question has been in my mind for quite some time. It seems that the only "bad" halogen is fluoride...even so, there are trace amounts of fluoride in foods. The problem is, once again, that we have high levels of chloride, bromines & fluoride...& they DISPLACE the iodine. If things were in their "natural" state(and we all lived close to the sea...?) we would be getting these elements in perfect balance...I assume...
Now, how do we truly "balance" our halogens? I dunno...Let's hope that OD-ing as V did is not necessary. Gosh, it would be nice if we could test our pee, wouldn't it?
The trace-minerals complex I'm taking has bromide AND fluoride AND arsenic!
These elements must provide some sort of "checks & balances" for each other...
How do we know when we've achieved balance, though? well...when we stop peeing colors, for one. I think that V's the only one here who is "done".
