help! my teeth afterwards!

Hi, I did The Master Cleanse and only lasted 6 1/2 days because my gums started
to rapidly recede and I think I may have issues with citrus. I think my
spleen is bothering me as well - like it's swollen. Anyways, I went
off the cleanse LAST Wednsday (not yesterday) and my teeth are still
killing me.

See one day on the cleanse I woke up and one of the roots of my teeth were
exposed, the next day another one. I couldn't risk another.

My gums have not gone back!! Does anyone know what to do? They HURT!

This is not a straw issue or about enamel coming off so please
don't bother if that is all you got. I used a straw. Roots are
showing!

Gums receding and the coldness are symptoms of starvation so I thought
once I was eating again that I would be fine but the spleen is bothering
me still too.

I don't have insurance so I sure would like some help.

I NEVER would have done this cleanse had I known that my gums would
be stuck like this. Nazi torture!
