Yes enemas help. For pinworms, score a sprouted clove of garlic and insert.
You an also make your own suppositories. (Thanks to Wombat at the Iodine for this idea!)
Cut small pieces of tinfoil, about four inches by four inches. Wrap around your little finger. Pinch off one end. Makes a nice little suppository cup. Fill these cups with an herbal mixture, pinch off the other end, put them in the freezer. Walla! Suppositories.
Here is the recipe for the suppository mixture-
Buy bulk Wormwood , grind it in a coffee grinder, strain through a tea strainer. Now you have a very fine Wormwood powder. Mix the powder with melted/liquid coconut oil. Pour this mixture into the suppository cups, pinch end closed, put in freezer. When the oil hardens, insert into rectum.
If your pinworms get resistant to Wormwood , there are hundred of other anti-parastical herbs you can use. Rotate.
This will work on other kinds of worms too. If the worms make you poop after you insert a suppository, just insert another after you poop. Keep doing that until you are able to retain the suppository.
