33, consider 2 things ... your skin refects a condition in at least one organ of the body ... toxins that should be going down and out thru your bowels and/or kidneys coming out thru the skin cause problems.

Lymph cleansing may be a God-send for you:

Drink a minimum of 1/2 oz of PURE water and/or organic juices daily.

Walk, rebound, use a chi machine.

Dry skin brush before every bath.
