It is day 12 for me, I am going for 15 days. So 3 more for me. Doing ok. I haven't been able to exercise on the Master-Cleanse this time, just too tired. So I am looking forward to food and exercise.
Going to change my diet- I already didn't eat dairy, but I am not going to eat ANY period. Also only organic, and the only meat is to be organic Chicken and some seafood. Also learning to sprout!
