Re: Trying again....

Thank you so much for your (much needed) support.

Right now I am just gearing up. It feels much like when you jump off a high cliff into the water far below. That feeling of a giant whole in the pit of your stomach.

I do however, love the idea of the "daruma doll", it must be a good sign, "dharma" being one of those words that evoques positive feelings for me. I especially love the symbolism of getting up after a fall. I may skate over to the asian markets this weekend and see if I can unearth one of these in one of their very interesting stores.

I did one round of humaworm this past Jan-Feb, coincidentally close to my last 3 week (sober) run. It is because of your suceess that I have decided to add another round this time as well.

I will most definitely post, wins or falls...

And will also pray.

And yes, though quite tentative at the moment, it has been exciting to think that not drinking, is an actual possibility.
